This only takes a few minutes~
This adds a little something, to complete a look, or to freshen up a display.
Finding an interesting type of fabric to stencil on, coarse, or even with ridges or tassels, can make it interesting!

I print it out onto cardstock, and use painters tape~
Very little paint will do~
